Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material and details to locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement that the complaint is made in good faith;
6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized by the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentation of information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for quick response.

It is important to note that we may disclose the information in the copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity may be shared.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must contain:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the removed material;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere strictly to copyright laws and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated as per our policy.
